Efficacité inégale du régime pauvre en protéines dans la néphropathie diabétique

Il y a eu plusieurs discussions sur la restriction protéique dans la néphropathie diabétique. Le régime alimentaire adéquat était autrefois un régime pauvre en protéines pendant longtemps. Après cela, l'American Diabetes Association (ADA) a révisé les recommandations nutritionnelles (ADA2013), dans lesquelles elle a nié l'efficacité d'un régime pauvre en protéines. En revanche, la Japan Diabetes Association (JDA) a partiellement recommandé un régime pauvre en protéines dans les directives cliniques sur l'IRC 2013 et 2018 (CKD2018). Plusieurs facteurs connexes seraient évalués, tels que l'apport en protéines alimentaires (DPI), l'issue rénale, l'état nutritionnel, l'indice de risque nutritionnel gériatrique (TNRI), le taux de déclin du DFGe par an et diverses limites réelles de protéines par jour (0,3-0,4-0,6 g/kg). Des recherches plus approfondies et l'accumulation de données de recherche seront nécessaires.
